Drawing from 21-years of experience in public service as a Fire Department Battalion Chief, he understands the significance of decisions that impact people’s lives. These decisions are made based on experience, education, and integrity — the three core values of the Firehouse Team.
Too often, buyers and sellers are “pressured” into making bad decisions, or are presented with scare tactics that don’t disclose all of the options. Unlike some agents, our business model focuses on the quality of the service rather than the quantity of sales.

She’s utilized a wide range of strategic management principles to yield successful outcomes in both the private, public and non-private sectors. This experience enhances Lisa’s professional approach and outlook as a Realtor.
Lisa became a licensed Realtor in 2005 and specializes in residential properties.

Betty was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to United State in 1990. She studied at Hong Kong Polytechnic and earned her degree in Garment Design and Manufacturing. She worked in the fashion industry in Hong Kong and Los Angeles the last 20 years.
Betty was the past board of director of San Gabriel Mission High School, and director of Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
She specializes in commercial real estate and land investment.
KRIS PETERSEN

Kris was born and raised in Southern California and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he studied business economics and film studies. Before making a career in real estate, he worked in the film and television industry where he produced, edited, supervised all aspects of post production and directed numerous national sponsor driven commercials.
He began his career in the real estate industry in 2004, assisting commercial office and retail clients with sourcing locations and negotiating leases.
He also assisted property owners with investment research and acquisitions and spent three years managing approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial and residential space.
